Aluminium plays an increasingly important role in the manufacture of roller shutters. Compared with other materials, aluminium possesses excellent material properties, for example, low weight and high strength. Hydro Aluminium combines these material advantages with a wide choice of colours then enhances them by means of an appropriate lacquering system.

Aluminium roller shutters are light, rigid and durable. Their low weight makes them easy to operate-an important criterion considering the extensive width of many shutters.

Aluminium strip is produces using a one-coat or double-coat lacquering system. In the double-coat lacquering variant, the customer can choose between a primer/finighing coat or a base lacquer/clear pacquer version.

We supply a wide selection of colours, ranging from standard tones to individually fashioned colours on request. This broad range of colours allows aluminium roller shutters to be integrated harmoniously into any design concept, matching both interior architecture and facade.

The design possible extend beyond the range of colours. Different sized windows require different shapes. We, therefore, offer customised solutions with regard to thickness and width.
